New Dometic Replacement Cooling Units

New Dometic Replacement Cooling Units

The RV industry is littered with re-manufactured cooling units, dometic cooling units but few are as high quality and effective as ours. We rebuild each unit using heavier wall seamless tubing and a boiler design that won’t fail. This makes our re-manufactured cooling unit more efficient than ever before, and it’s far less expensive to replace than the OEM replacement.

Most people don’t realize that most cooling units in modern-day RVs are made with a special blend of polyethylene and phenolic resin, which makes them much more durable than the older polyester-based models. In addition, we use heavy-duty stainless steel screws in our rebuilds for added strength and corrosion resistance.

We can re-manufacture your cooling unit in as little as four days from the time you place your order! We also offer a one-year warranty on all of our remanufactured products.

The most important part of the installation is making sure your old unit is properly decommissioned. This includes shutting off the power, disconnecting the battery bank and removing the old refrigerator controls.

Lastly, it’s a good idea to test out the new unit to make sure it operates correctly and that all the controls are in place. There’s nothing worse than spending all your hard-earned money to get a product that doesn’t perform as expected!

To be safe, it’s recommended that you run your new re-manufactured rv cooling unit for about a week before turning it on. If you do not, you’ll risk introducing some unwanted contaminants into your system that could damage or even destroy your new unit.
