The Blissed Out Movement studio is spread across 2 custom built rooms and is equipped with a wide range of equipment including Pilates Reformers, Mats, Magic Circles, Therabands, Rollers, Boxes, Jump Boards and more. We provide group pilates, barre, & yoga classes as well as 1-2-1 private sessions. Our team of highly trained teachers can cater to any level or injury and are passionate about helping you get the most out of your body!

To ensure correct performance of all Pilates exercises, it is essential that you are able to achieve “neutral spine” (optimal posture) and activate your deep stabilising muscles (transversus abdominis and pelvic floor). Learning these principles prior to commencing Pilates and applying them with every exercise will assist in developing core strength, posture, flexibility and balance.

Pat 4 Pilates Yoga Fitness specialise in group and individual pilates, yoga and fitball fitness classes at Fairy Meadow Surf Club and Kiama Downs Community Centre.
